In order to use the goEthniq.com, you (The User) have accepted the following terms and conditions given below. goEthniq.com reserves the right to add, delete, alter or modify these terms and conditions at any time.

You (The User) are therefore advised to read carefully these terms and conditions every time you use goEthniq.com

1. We have made every effort to display the color of our products that appear on the site as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of color will be accurate.

2.  The prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of goEthniq.com

3. If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the User (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available) any extra cost spent by <<goEthniq.com>>for re-delivery shall be claimed from the User placing the order.

4. goEthniq.com  will not be liable for any type or kind of credit card fraud. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on the user and the onus to ‘prove otherwise’ shall be exclusively on the user. The User must exclusively use his/her own card on the site.

5. goEthniq.com  shall not entertain any complaints after 2 days, once the order is delivered.

6. Customers who have purchased from our overseas stores can exchange the sarees within 7 days from the date of purchase, only under the following conditions: –

• The product must be returned in their original condition i.e; it must be unused and unworn, with no marks or folds, scent or damage. Please be careful when trying on clothing. (The Products with perfumes or body odor are considered used and are not fit for return or exchange).

• The order invoice is produced along with the product;

• The product can be exchanged with another product of the same price range.

Please note that no returns or refunds shall be allowed if the customer is dissatisfied with the color, size, shape, quality of the product, only exchange is allowed in such cases.

Note: There is no guarantee with regards to fancy colors. It is advisable to avoid detergent soaps and wash sarees , preferable dry clean

7. This agreement shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. The Courts at Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of this agreement.
